Ireland is known for the stunning rough coastline, green hills, and friendly people. Less known is the good food to enjoy.
To put gastronomy in the spotlight, CommuniGate created the Irish pop-up restaurant in Amsterdam, starring the Michelin-star chef Ahmet Dede (owner of ‘Dede’ in County Cork). Just two nights this pop-restaurant opened its doors, serving a special Irish menu with the favorites of Ahmet Dede and Yvette van Boven; one evening for culinary media, food influencers and travel writers, and a second evening for the public, food-lovers who did buy a ticket for this Irish culinary event.
Both nights were completely full and resulted in 20+ articles, many social media posts, and stories.
